      Verdict

Crackentorp should appreciate this easier grade having been highly tried over the majority of the season to date. Tim Easterby's eight-year-old is a decent stayer on his day and could have most of these in trouble if allowed an uncontested lead but RIO'S ROSANNA has been running well in the face of some stiffish tasks and it would be no surprise if Richard Whittaker's charge gained a deserved success at this lower level. Ampleforth has been in good form while Sirvino and Hepworth are others with a chance and the three-year-olds Hunting Ground and Good Speech should be effective at this trip. Lion Beacon has already won over 1m6f but this may be too tough for Tapis Libre, who is seeking a five-timer.
