In depth
Formwatch
Camair Crusader (IRE) Plenty to prove here and may be best left until another day for win only purposes.
Direct Access (IRE) Very much the one to beat judged on his hurdling form and although he will probably only be available at cramped odds, he looks to be hard to about making his chase bow a winning one.
Shady Affair (IRE) Very lightly raced under rules for a ten-year-old and it is hard to see him winning his first race here.
Westmeath Flyer Very consistent in bumpers and then Novices' hurdles last season: he may give Direct Access the most to do.
Angel Dust (FR) Very hard to make a case for against the principles here.
Dalton Lady Should find the conditions to her liking but she found Direct Access too hot to handle over hurdles and is more than likely to find the same over fences.
Solway Saffy Modest form to date and cannot be seriously thought to take a hand in the finish here.
