In depth

Verdict

Lough Derg Farmer won over 4m at Hexham with Dee Star third, though Nakadam was still travelling when hampered and unseating his rider. Lex Talionis is better than he showed at Sedgefield while the handicapper is finally giving a chance to Glittering Love. The Composeur has ability but may be in need of a confidence-booster so TOMMIE BEAU can bounce back from a first defeat in five at Fontwell, despite a further 3lb rise.
