Tyrolean finished ahead of Ocean Gale when runner-up over today’s trip at Ffos Las and is preferred to Bodacious Name, who won over 2m at Nottingham last month but is 10lb higher. Today’s going is not ideal for Hamilton runner-up Eyreborn but MICK THE POWER won on soft ground at the latter track to open his account and there should be more to come over this longer distance from Jennie Candlish’s unexposed charge.
