    In depth

    Verdict

Yasmin From York was unplaced behind Spantik at Ripon and hasn’t fired so far this season. The winner is only 2lb higher here and has a decent strike-rate but he’s held by HELLENISTA on Catterick running last month and Tim Easterby’s mare has been threatening to get her head back in front. The improving three-year-old Manxman is an obvious danger having won three of his last four. He appears to handle all types of going but Aighear has been treading water off her current mark.
