        Verdict

        Sir Cumference, Jacksonville, Be Upstanding and Sylviesbuck are a handful against the field in a wide open affair and the narrow vote is given to Sir Cumference. There selection was a fair second behind Joris de Vonnas last time out in a better race he remains on the same mark here and under conditions that suit he will be hard to beat. Jacksonville rates the main danger as he won well last time out when beating Lochidubs and despite his penalty he is still well weighted on his best form of a couple of seasons ago so he will not be far away. Be Upstanding is another worthy of respect but he is very hard to win with and he just gave the impression the handicapper had caught up with him when fifth behind Paddy The Optimist last time and again he looks beatable off this mark. Sylviesbuck has dropped to a very low mark and ran as if about to hit form when second behind Diamond Cottage last time if she reproduced that effort she would be a danger to all. Of the remainder Recent Edition is from a yard in form and should be noted in the market but for the winner we return to Sir Cumference.
