    Verdict

Jimmy Bond gets the call here ahead of Posh Stick and Alfy Rich. The selection loves the mud and looks to have a progressive profile, having won two of his last three races. He will not mind the conditions today and can defy his six pounds ratings rise. Jballingall has won over course and distance and, despite the fact that he has been more out than in since then, cheekpieces could help him in his efforts today. Alfy Rich has won here and, much as he has a career-high mark to defy, is not ruled out under conditions that suit. Red Man probably has a little more to prove than most over today's trip on this going, while Posh Stick is not too far above a winning mark and won this race last year, but note that she was also down to run on Saturday. With Brora Sutherland hard to fancy, we return to the selection, which is Jimmy Bond.
