In depth

Verdict

JENNYS MELODY could hardly have won any easier at Sedgefield and though penalised is likely to take all the beating. Toarmandowithlove stayed on strongly inside the final furlong to dead-heat for second at Hexham and will have benefited from the run while the newcomer Chezzy is related to winners and hails from a yard that can get them ready. Little Posh is a half-sister to several winners though all mainly stayers so may not have enough pace for this. The market should be watched for clues to the remainder.
