Verdict
Tonto's Spirit is very much a Cartmel specialist and has run here four times previously without managing to get his head in front. Road Warrior and COOPER’S CROSS are both returning from a break but could fight out the finish. The former was second off this mark at Sedgefield in April and is only 2lb higher than for his last victory but the latter gets the nod being still relatively unexposed over fences. None of the others can be left out of calculations in what looks a competitive renewal.
