        PARNASSIAN is penalised 7lb for making a winning start at Newcastle but that is negated by Clifford Lee’s allowance and he can go in again having won by over four lengths last time. Rated 80, Navarone should be in the mix in this grade while Mont Royal was beaten only a head at Pontefract on his racecourse debut and can also figure. Mere Brow and Inglorious will likely improve but will need to if they are to figure.
