    Verdict

Victory Gunner returned to action with a win at Ffos Las three weeks ago and the veteran is not easily dismissed here. LOCKSTOWN is the speculative selection as he's open to further progress having won at Newcastle recently though he'll need to improve off a 7lb higher mark. Plenty of guesswork needed as regards the remainder as the likes of Glenwood Knight and Hennessy both have the past form to figure, but arrive badly out of sorts, while Morgan Be has every chance on earlier running with the selection but has failed to complete on his last two outings.
