      Verdict

      Society Red made a winning start at Thirsk and should go well again despite a penalty. But MISTER BELVEDERE showed enough when second in a maiden race at Ayr to suggest he will be winning soon. Michael Dods’ charge can take advantage of the weight concession and land this. Rita's Girl is looking to improve over this longer trip and Greengairs should also finish closer on only his second start but Kirkby's Phantom has shown little so far.
