In depth
Verdict
Granite Man gets the vote here with Present Oriented and Leadaway rating the main dangers. The selection won well last time out when beating Earnest and although he has a penalty for that win he looks a progressive type and under conditions that suit he is taken to defy the handicapper. Present Oriented rates the main danger he won well last time when beating Lunar Sovereign but this looks more competitive and his overall profile leaves him with a little to find. Leadaway is another that could go well on his latest second behind I'm Your Man but that form has since been let down and he is passed over for that reason. Court One goers well at the track and should be noted in the market but he looks weighted up to his best. Of the remainder Heaversham is game and consistent and is sure to run his race but he is hard to win with and with this in mind for the winner we return to Granite Man.
