Verdict

Midnight Walk didn’t stay the distance last time so can be forgiven that performance, but she hasn’t built on her Bangor victory in April and this trip doesn’t appear to play to her strengths. Gold Chain has done most of her winning at Perth and is on a stiff mark, while Miss Mash also appears to be in the grip of the handicapper, so preference is for INCLUDED. She won her novice event comfortably at Worcester, despite looking a bit green at times, and with that experience under her belt can take this modest contest off a fair mark. A Touch Of Sparkle has shown nothing over hurdles so far and Owners Day has struggled in handicaps.
