Knight Bachelor is a bit more exposed than some but has been placed four times in handicaps. Petapenko was well beaten when tried over 2m4f at Perth in April but then looked one-paced back over 2m at Hexham. Dark Diamond has been tailed off in his last two over hurdles, including one over this course and distance, but ran better than expected on the Flat at York two weeks ago. BINGO CONTI landed the odds in a bumper at Perth earlier this month. He has further to travel here but stamina shouldn't be a problem and he'll be hard to beat with a clear round.
