NICKI'S NIPPER is tempting off this mark despite being raised 8lb for a recent course success. That track knowledge will prove helpful but the concern with the mare is the consistency of her inconsistency. Whilst landing two of her last five starts, she's also pulled up twice so isn't a confident choice. She'll go close if on a going day. Shantou Tiger finished behind the selection the last day but has the virtue of consistency on his side and should be in the shake-up. He rates a possible to benefit should the selection fail to fire. Pretty Miss Mahler is noted off her lowly perch after putting together an effort of promise here last time, with Dun Scaith being the one to check in the market as he should now be spot-on after a break.
