In depth

Verdict

Sunridge Fairy won well on his debut over hurdles at Sedgefield and if he can reproduce that form here he will be very hard to beat despite his penalty with a top jockey again booked he is the selection. Arms Acrossthesea is a flat winner over a mile so he should stay but his best form is with cut in the ground and if it sis fast ground he may be worth opposing on his debut over timber. Washington Pink was behind Sunridge Fairy last time out but he will not be far away now he is better off at the weights. Chenyenne Chief has also shown a modicum of ability over hurdles and he to should take a hand in the finish. Of the others that have not run over hurdles Aunt Hilda who has shown a little ability on the level could run well at a big price.
