In depth

Verdict

Several of these have been running on the Flat, with mixed results. Tinseltown won over 1m4f at Catterick just over a week ago and McCoy takes the ride here. He should go close while Wild Desert won over 1m7f at Warwick earlier in the summer. But Tony Carroll may have stronger claims with his other runner, LUGGERS HALL, second at Windsor earlier this month and back over hurdles on a potentially decent mark having been quite highly tried last winter. Dumbarton, Stormy Weather and Bright Abbey are also interesting but Sud Pacifique has become disappointing and Olivers Gold may struggle to complete the hat-trick in this grade.
