In depth

Verdict

GOLDEN TOWN never looked like catching Frightened Rabbit here in June but is a massive 15lb better off for seven lengths and should turn the tables eased in grade. Ascot Day has won on the Flat since last seen over timber while Fort De L'ocean was second to a subsequent winner over fences at Market Rasen two weeks ago. Hungry Tiger was a winner over the larger obstacles at Tipperary last month but has changed stables since. Universal Folly would have a chance on his best form and is preferred to First Quest at the weights.
