Verdict

Justin Landy’s last four runners have been winners and The Darley Lama, a 13-race maiden, is his only entry today. However, he is having a first run for the yard and hasn’t been seen since January. Coup De Gold is fit from the Flat but Ballyfarsoon, third here last month, is hard to catch right while Watching Brief is 1-31 and has been beaten twice off higher marks since that sole win at Uttoxeter. Decoration Of War has been getting closer over shorter trips but may not last home. ARTIC QUEST was second in this last year racing off a 9lb higher mark. He has been lightly raced since and this won’t take much winning.
