In depth

Verdict

Sea Sister has been showing improved form on Polytrack recently and will be fancied to go one better today. But she has to give 12lb to the three-year-olds which include DANGEROFFIZZ. Tim Easterby’s gelding has the highest rating of a modest bunch and is eased in grade again after finishing well beaten in a Pontefract handicap on his return to action. Roman's Empress has been racing over longer trips and so has last month’s Chelmsford third Good Ole Winnie while the jury is still out on Haydock third Oliver's Betty.
