In depth
Verdict
Mamoo has won two of his last three outings over track and trip and carries 7lb extra for last week’s success. He looks sure to be in the mix once again but FRESH NEW DAWN (NAP) is expected to improve for last month’s close-up third at Market Rasen. That was his first outing since last summer and Olly Murphy’s charge can race off the same mark today. Strike West has a shout on an earlier head defeat at Haydock but Transpennine Star returned a losing favourite at Huntingdon and Skipthescales makes more appeal dropping down a grade.
