Verdict

Paul Midgley sent out last year’s winner and GOOD LUCK FOX (NAP) arrives with every chance. The latter won with a bit to spare at Nottingham recently and drops down in class for this. He’s preferred to stablemate Birkenhead but John Kirkup went close at Beverley last time and Hot Scoop placed at the same track having won here before that. Refuge has been winning at Hamilton while Hiya Maite remains unexposed.
