Verdict
M J Woodward's turf form doesn't match up to his performances on sand and he's worth opposing here, despite a decent draw. LORD BUFFHEAD landed a nursery at Newcastle in August and ran his best race for a while when second at Wolverhampton last month. With fitness assured, he can return to winning ways here though Alnair's recent run on the Polytrack should have blown away a few cobwebs and he makes more appeal than the disappointing Wish Again.
