Verdict
ORIENTAL RELATION recorded a double at Pontefract with last week’s success in an apprentices’ race. He escapes a penalty as a consequence and should make another bold bid in his current form. Silvanus also has claims on his recent second at Musselburgh and Bosham went close to taking advantage of a lower mark on Turf when runner-up at Beverley a fortnight ago. Flash City should be sharper for a recent reappearance and is preferred to the returning Pearl Acclaim, who debuts for David O’Meara.
