Verdict

Alan King won this last year and GIVEAWAY GLANCE will be a short price to follow up. She put a modest first run over hurdles behind her when skating up at Doncaster two weeks ago in a race in which Melodya was pulled up after blundering at the first. Becky The Thatcher got no further than the first at Musselburgh last month after winning at that track, ahead of Marbeth, in November and a bigger danger may be newcomer Maulesden May as she did win on the Flat and was placed over 1m4f on Tapeta late last year.
