Verdict

Gottcher was all out to win at Haydock last time and is 5lb higher today. Royal Bajan was not far behind him in third place on that occasion and both have the beating of Monday's Windsor winner Cruise Tothelimit on earlier running. Bay Of Fires has won twice over longer trips and went close over 6f here a week ago, but the vote goes to CADEAUX PEARL. He was beaten less than length after trying to make all in good to soft ground at Windsor on his penultimate start and a similar effort today can see Dandy Nicholl's charge back to winning ways.
