Verdict

Bourne would have the talent to take these to the cleaners but rarely puts in much effort nowadays and his ability to stay this far would have to be taken on trust. Harris has bags of stamina and dead-heated in this last year but he was pulled up in four of five previous starts before landing a claimer at Wetherby last month, though should again beat Rock Relief. Another Dimension was 12 lengths ahead of Wyfield Rose at Musselburgh and should go well while Foot The Bill also enters the reckoning, though might struggle to confirm Kelso running in September with the luckless Dumbarton. The lightly-raced maiden PALM GREY has a pedigree which screams stamina and he may have been underestimated by the handicapper if he handles the big step up in distance.
