Verdict
Lingfield winner Jaleo fell at the first in the Lanzarote at Kempton on his next start when fancied but is two from two at this track and has a touch of class. Italian Riviera, Thyne For Gold and the four-year-old Nietzsche have also won around here and the latter looks the pick of that trio today having appreciated the step up in distance last time at Market Rasen. Amanto has gone close over hurdles and fences but still hasn’t scored since arriving in this country. We’ll take a chance on PILLARD, another still awaiting a first victory in the UK but probably on a decent mark at present judged on his latest third at Leicester.
