BENZANNO, a winner on the Flat for Andrew Balding, made a fair debut over timber behind Yorkist on this track in December with Khelac well beaten and a recent run in a jumpers' bumper will have put him straight. He should gain his first success over timber in what looks a poor contest. Rock A Doodle Doo has run four times over hurdles and produced one promising effort at Wetherby but otherwise his form has been moderate. Kolonel Kirkup had little chance against the long odds-on Aalim here last time but ran better than expected and is probably the main threat.
