OBEE JO beat Mutanaaseq a shade cosily in an apprentices’ race here 10 days ago. He escapes a penalty and can confirm the form with the runner-up, as well as Liberty Breeze and Rain Cap, and complete a quick double. Josiebond won over course and distance in the autumn and found only one too good on her reappearance at Thirsk so can’t be ignored while Mr Jetman certainly wasn’t winning out of turn at Redcar on Monday but does have a 6lb penalty to shoulder.
