Verdict
DICTON has beaten Taareef on several occasions now and he should also have the measure of Jim Bolger’s Moonlight Magic on his third to Alamzor in French Derby. A decent fifth behind Ribchester in the Jacques Le Marois when dropped back to a mile last time, he should find this easier. This looks the logical next step up for the progressive Zayva, who won a Listed event over track and trip last month, and he’s preferred to French 2000 Guineas sixth Sasparella. Wireless beat Hello My Love a neck in a handicap at Deauvile in August but both look up against it in this.
