        Verdict

        Ambre Doux won four times last year but was disappointing on his reappearance on Turf at Cagnes-sur-Mer. PROPHETS PRIDE’s recent form figures don’t inspire confidence but he wins his fair share and has dropped to a very attractive mark so it would be no surprise to see him in the firing-line. Zoe La Gribouille could definitely figure if on a going day and Marie Velon takes 9lb off Cosmic City, who is sure to strip fitter for last month’s run at Cagnes-sur-Mer. Astaragood is a versatile sort and has Maxime Guyon in the saddle so should be in the shake-up but Le Pin was only fourth in a claimer last time.
