Verdict
HEADINGLEY has now won three times over a mile including at this venue last month. He got up late on that occasion having found trouble in-running and may well stay this extra distance on that evidence. Both Trevolli and Widaad finished behind the selection and the former has placed again subsequently while Dark Company finished third over track and trip last week but that was in a lower grade. A 450,000gns purchase, Thunder Sun was sold for only 7,000gns in August and debuts for new connections in a first-time tongue-tie having also been gelded.
