Verdict
ZARZYNI (NAP) was having only his second outing since last summer when finishing runner-up at Southwell a week ago. He had the measure of Shallow Hal and Nigel Nott on that occasion and David Barron’s charge should be spot on for this. Durdle Door is upped in class after scoring at Lingfield while Top Breeze, Muscika and Count Otto were all beaten in the same Class 2 sprint at the latter track last time and should fare better in this. Royal Pleasure has undergone wind surgery since last in action and drops down to 6f for the first time on his return.

Muscika 10-1 (8-6) Slowly into stride, soon chasing leaders, ridden on outside over 2f out, lost place and no impression when short of room briefly over 1f out, 6th of 9, 5 1/4l behind One Night Stand (8-2) at Lingfield 6f hcp (2) pol in Jan.
Nigel Nott 40-1 (8-12) Raced wide in touch, pushed along halfway, weakened over 1f out, 8th of 9, 5 1/2l behind Tommy de Vito (8-13) at Southwell 6f hcp (2) pol in Jan.
