In depth

Verdict

Scudamore has been racing over 2m since scoring over track and trip in June when beating Aleatoric. The latter has subsequently won over 2m and Blazon was successful over the same trip at Kempton earlier. Nibras Gold got the better of Where You At when winning at Wolverhampton and that pair are closely matched but a chance is taken on PAX BRITANNICA. The latter has to be forgiven a poor effort over 2m at Chester last time but had been threatening a return to winning ways over today’s distance before that.
