        Verdict

        Merhoob won this in 2016 but finished behind runner-up DARK SIDE DREAM (NAP) at Kempton last time. The latter also beat Related on that occasion with Ninjago and Major Valentine further behind and got the better of Summerghand when winning at Kempton back in October. Chris Dywer’s charge gets the vote ahead of Upavon, who won at Wolverhampton last time with Nautical Haven well beaten. Mont Kiara returns to action off a 5lb higher mark than when successful at Newmarket last summer though has gone close again subsequently.
