        Verdict

        Lady Nayef went close in a handicap over track and trip a fortnight ago though Gary Mahon's allowance gives recent Leicester runner-up and Godolphin representative Novantae the edge on today's terms. But the newcomer ELLTAAF also sports Godolphin's colours and the sister to a Listed winner as well as a half-sister to four others will not need to be anything special to make a winning start. Just Fab looks a likely improver with Andrea Atzeni taking over the reins.
