      Verdict

      Tomshalfbrother won at Southwell over a year ago and makes a belated reappearance but FISCAL POLICY has the more recent form. The latter drops down in trip having been caught close home over 6f at Kempton on his first start gelded and can go one better in this. Spanish Angel has won three times on Tapeta while Mustaffiz finished in front of Red Walls when a runner-up over track and trip though never looked like catching the winner.
