Verdict

Always Fearless won an amateurs’ race at Wolverhampton two runs ago but Lunarscape finished second at Lingfield when fitted with a tongue-tie and makes more appeal. Hostelry returns to the all-weather having completed a double in this grade on Turf but Al Tarfa finished second again on the Polytrack last time. VELVET CRUSH ran no sort of race in first-time cheekpieces on her latest start but gets a change of headgear and another chance with improvement expected from the Gosdens’ filly on her handicap debut.
