In depth
Verdict
Trumble returns to novice company having finished second in a handicap at Wolverhampton but had earlier finished behind ECHO BEACH when the latter went close over track and trip. Hugo Palmer’s colt has since run well in a tougher contest at York and may prove good enough today. Capla Knight won a claimer here two runs ago and escapes a penalty while Sugarpiehoneybunch placed at Catterick on her debut. To The Bar and K Rex are both related to several winners and are preferred to Majestic Tejaan and stablemate Grangeclare View of the newcomers.
