Verdict

FIRMAMENT (NAP) is getting steadily closer as he slips further down the weights and was beaten only a length over track and trip a week ago. David O'Meara's charge is preferred to stablemate Mythical Madness though the latter may still prove the biggest threat with most of today's opposition suggesting they've had enough for the year. That includes Calling Out and Contrast while Azzeccagarbugli has failed to build on an earlier placed effort at Kempton. Pure Shores landed a couple of Class 5 contests in October but this is much tougher.
