Verdict

Arzaak was only beaten a neck over this course and distance on his all-weather debut. He holds Canberra Cliffs on that run and will be fancied to go one better but there’s a good chance that ALKASHAAF will be suited by this drop in distance as he showed plenty of dash when fourth over a mile at Kempton on only his second start. Kingofmerrows also has a second over track and trip to his name and should find a small race this winter while Termsnconditions wasn’t beaten far over 5f at Lingfield on his debut. Holy Envoy wouldn’t need to be anything special to make a winning start but her breeding suggests she may need a bit further.
