In depth

Verdict

Lord Halifax won over 1m4f at Kempton at the end of last year and has scope for further progress upped in distance today. The same comments apply to Desert Friend while Cosmelli finally showed some improvement for a slide down the weights when second at Southwell last week but that was over 2m. LADY BERGAMOT will be sharper for a recent comeback run and James Fanshawe’s mare has won a higher grade contest over track and trip in the past. She gets the vote while Original Choice gets a change of headgear as he drops in class.
