It could pay to stick with VERNE CASTLE in this. He was eased down close home here last time but still returned a ready winner and a course and distance hat-trick beckons for Andrew Balding’s charge. Monumental Man needs to reverse latest running with the selection while it was soft ground when Malaysian Boleh went close at Ayr a week ago. Cherry Kool has been keeping better company since winning at Bath and Eternitys Gate finished ahead of Sir Domino here before going close at Wolverhampton on his latest start.
