In depth

Verdict

Treasure The Ridge has failed to convince in three previous efforts over 2m though all three came in better company on turf and he is not dismissed out of hand in this grade. But FLASHMAN looks a safer bet as he included a course and distance victory in his earlier double on the all weather and arrives on the back of a win over hurdles. Moshe should go well after finishing second at Wolverhampton and Medburn Cutler is not out of this off his current mark. Duchess Of Marmite won a lowly Class 6 contest at Kempton recently but is 7lb higher today, so this could be tougher.
