        Verdict

        None of these inspire confidence and though Elenora Delight was placed at Wolverhampton at the start of the month, she was due to race at Kempton last night. Duchess Of Avon has failed to build on her second at Yarmouth and Sir Gnet disappointed last time having gone close at Wolverhampton before that while Squire won here in November but failed to figure on his latest start. It remains to be seen if COCKNEY BOY proves more consistent than the aforementioned but he finished closer at Wolverhampton last time and gets a token vote in a weak contest.
