Majeed came out best in a tight finish over a longer trip at Kempton recently. But Smartie Artie was beaten less than a length in fourth and re-opposes on better terms. Bint Dandy could only manage third over track and trip in August and is 2lb higher while Subcontinent has looked high enough in the weights since landing a hat-trick earlier this year. Rotherwick is another struggling off his current mark and River Dart and Scooner are upped in class. STRONG STEPS has been competing in better company than this and Hugo Palmer's colt gets a tentative vote to get his head back in front today.
