      Verdict

      THE FEATHERED NEST showed ability on her debut when third in a Class 3 contest at York. Richard Fahey’s filly may prove good enough in this with normal progress. Ascot Day should also figure on his debut fourth at Newcastle and makes more appeal than Habbad and Dream Reversion. Mockery is a half-sister to four winners and a newcomer to note along with the the US-bred Godolphin filly Sunlit Forest, a sister to a couple of winners on Dirt.
