      Verdict

      Ryan Moore gets the leg-up on Terra Mitica, who placed in both outings last year but steps up in trip along with Atlantis Blue. The latter also showed ability in a couple of starts last term but HESPERANTHA has the more recent form. The latter finished in front of a subsequent winner when beaten only a nose at Kempton last month so Andrew Balding’s filly gets the vote. Hexameter is the first foal of a winner in France and should be noted representing powerful connections.
